Mapping channels - how to start from scratch?

So I've been running my set up for a few months and really like it. Thing is, when I originally set it up, I did not quite understand how to correctly map my HD channels to the guide. I have been fixing things here and there by re-setting the channel map to it's original, but then have to search for channels again to have the original show up. I fix that one only to find another error at some other point (usually after recording the wrong show). I'd like to just start from scratch. Is there a file I can delete?

Does this make any sense?

Tuner setups are stored in a SageTV file, BUT it's best to use the SageTV default STV3 to remove and setup new ones using:
Setup > Setup Video Sources, select each source then REMOVE SOURCE.

Exiting SageTV (or its Service if running) will cause SageTV to do housecleaning on the next launch.

A new FAQ was recently added, called Tuner Configuration Tips & Instructions

If you don't have a lot of customizations you could also choose to save your wiz.bin and either delete OR rename the SageTV directory and install a fresh copy of SageTV.
