HDHR Recording Quality

Should I add a line to my properties file similar to the HD PVR line of:

mmc/python2_encoding/HDPVRMax=videobitrate\=13500000|vbr\=0|outputstreamtype\=1

Or does Sage record from HDHR at whatever bitrate the video is coming in at? I read the FAQ but really don't understand the functionality very well.

Edit with part 2: Can I record HDHR as MPEG2 TS or does it have to be MPEG2 PS? Does it matter?

Thanks!

Digital tuners like the HDHR simply save the file in the format it is broadast in.
