YouTube Online Services Problem
When I use the YouTube Online services function most of the selections work. I can go into any of the Most Viewed or Most Discussed areas and the videos work/play just fine. If I go to the search function and search it displays the videos it finds but if I select any of the I get the "Requested Video was not found on the s..." I also get this error on the recently added area.

Any Ideas. I'm using Software Version: SageTV V6.4.8.184 and SAGEMC STV Version 6.3.7a-fix.

Same results from Placeshifter as from main SageTV device.

does it work fine if you use the default STV UI? If so, that may becasue Youtube updated their code and it hasn't been updated in SageMC. The default UI has been updated a couple times to keep up with the youtube changes.

I haven't tested in the default SageTV ui. Is there an easy way to go back to the default SageTV ui for testing without loosing everything I've setup in SageMC?

you just load the default UI's stv, SageTV3.xml. Then, when you want to go back to the SageMC UI, you just load the SageMC169.xml. If you imported any plugins to SageMC, then you would load the appropriate SageMC169~#.xml file.

I tried it without SageMC and it worked perfectly. I'm not sure what that means or what I need to do next.

what that means is that the youtube code in the SageMC UI is not up to date like the default UI. The SageMC code is based on an older version of SageTV, 6.3? that doesn't have the latest youtube fixes.

Hopefully the upcoming SageMC update will have the current youtube code in it. IIRC, Opus4 also uploaded a zip file with some files that could be copied into your Sage folder to fix some of the SageMC youtube issues, but it did not add in the newer SageTV 6.4 youtube features.

Thanks for the help. I'll wait and hope the new code is covered in the next release of SageMC.
