HD100 with HDPVR network link stops every so often?

I have everything working pretty well, but every so often while watching tv, the link light stops for about 1 seconds and then plays catch up. anyone else having this issue. My system has more than enough power to send the stream.

What type of connection do you have for your HD100?
If it's wired, are you going through a switch, or more than one?

If so, how many devices are hooked up.

One thing that improved things for me was setting the QOS (Quality Of Service) setting in my router for the HD100 MAC address.

using 1 16 port Gig switch with 3 devices on it. using cat 6 cabling. never touches a router. the router is outside the switch.
