Help me pick a client motherboard
I am using Sage on WHS. I am having trouble with my existing board that I planned for the client. I need two clients, and cannot wait for the extenders (although I will buy some when they come out). I have AMD Athalon processors already, and would prefer integrated video.

What socket are the Athlons meant for? Also, how do you plan to satisfy the audio side of the equation? If you can provide a little more details as to your goals, I'm sure we can help you find the right solution.
Integrated video isn't really a weak point anymore, so you should be good there. I just recently bought the newly released MSI DIVA board. It's AMD based with integrated video, and it has built-in a 5.1 channel fully digital 100watt/channel amplifier! This goofy thing sounds incredible! I've been able to replace my AVR and client with one inexpensive board. Well worth considering IF audio is important to you and you aren't using an external setup. -PGPfan

They are AM2 sockets. The DIVA is 100watts/Channel? I was thinking it was 100 watts total. That may end up being my Media PC for downstairs. That would be an awesome, simple setup.
As for handling the sound, on my family room, I plan on using either the HDMI pass through for stereo (no need for surround sound), or can use RCA. Currently, I have a Biostar TA690G that works great for about 5 minutes then powers down, and a TF7050 that was working fine, but now I am getting no Audio out of it. |

Yep, the DIVA is 100w/channel, not total - the beauty of a digital amp, very efficient.
The rest of your system sounds good, any current onboard video should serve you well. -PGPfan
