What does the imageutils.jar file included in 6.3.8a do?

It provides a means of generating reflections for images dynamically. It isn't used in the base SageMC STV yet, but there is at least one plugin on the horizon that uses it.

So to get that reflection effect does it require some studio work or is it some sort of setting or such you can do within the theme settings? Just trying to understand in my never-ending quest to learn...

For now it would require adding code in Studio. I'll post some instructions for plugin developers soon and I may add some reflections to SageMC in a future release.
