hd-100 wont use HDMI port any more

Has anyone seen this. My HD-100 used to work perfectly with the HDMI port. Then the audio stopped working, and about an hour later the video went green, and now it wont work at all. If I use the RGB connection and one of the other audio ports it still works fine. The settings still show the extender as using the HDMI port even though Im use the RGB and component audio.

Any thoughts? Think my HD-100 just partly died?

Or something went wrong with the cable. Do you have another one handy that you can test with?

I plugged the HD-200 I have into the same cable and it's working fine. I also moved the HD-100 to another TV with a different cable and it has the same problem there. Even though it is set for HDMI it is acting like it is set to use component out. I'll have to try it again now that I just patched it with the latest beta.

I just had my HDMI "die" when I upgraded to the latest beta firmware. Composite worked okay. I had to downgrade back to the last release to get it working again.

You might want to try a firmware change (in either direction). It's worth a shot.

I didnt upgrade the HD-100, but I did just upgrade the server to the beta. Maybe that is related. I'll try rolling it back. Thanks for the heads up.

just up dated to the latest hd-100 beta:HDMI issues

I just updated to the latest HD-100 beta ... seems the only way I can get HDMI to work is from a power down (by the switch on the back) and then hitting the Video Out button on the remote until I get HDMI back ...

the next reboot I may try to be more patient and wait 5 minutes before bouncing on the Video Out button ...
