SageMC confusion with LiveTV.

ESPN first take runs @ 7:00 then repeats @ 9:00.

I was watching it live starting @ 7:00 am... I paused it around 8:00 am... did some chores came back @ 9:15. I started watching where I left off. I then wanted to save what I was watching so I hit the record button on my remote.

Using the defaut STV it would simply mark the show I am watching as a manual recording..... but I hit the record button using SageMC and the only options were to start recording from current time no and cancel . The dialog seems to be confusing... I hit yes but I later found out that the 7:00 show that was a complete recording was gone and I was left with a partial 9:00 showing. Was the right response "no"??

PS it doesn't take much to confuse me.

Yeah, it is a bit confusing. The correct answer would have been 'no'.
