Scheduled recording

I'm running SageMC 16x9 STV version: 6.3.8b with SageTV 6.4 and I find that for setting up a series recording and specify any particular (like just First Run or keep only 1 copy) setting, the series won't record. If I change back to the default settings then it will. Am I missing something?

I know it sounds obvious, but if you told it to only record first-runs double check that the guide is correctly recognizing first-runs and re-runs for your show. Some shows (Daily Show comes to mind, also sports) are commonly mislabeled in the guide information as being re-runs even when they're new. Sage can only work with the info it's given.

If you tell it to only keep one episode, then you need to also look at the setting for "delete when space is needed" versus "keep until i delete". If you're only keeping one episode, and you've told sage to keep it until you've deleted it manually, then no more episodes will record until you've done so.
