Does sage recognize mp4 or m4v?

I am trying to automatically convert some shows to ipod format. I am using an ipod profile in handbrake and SJQ to do it.

Normally when I compress a file, I will replace the mpg file with an avi file. Sage will automatically pick up the fact that the mpg file is gone and has been replaced with an avi file. However, I can't figure out how to get Sage to see the m4v file and associate it with the meta data of the mpg file.

Does sage not understand m4v files or mp4 files are movie files?

thanks
Greg
