Bad timing - power outage during firmware update
Well, it's unresponsive, front lights work, no OSD, after a power outage occurring a firmware update install. Tried the reset holding delete key while inserting power plug - no change.
 I've got a request into tech support. Anyone been through this and have a quick fix? TIA
