Sage crashes performing menu tasks (usually deleting watched show).

Hello -

I've been experiencing very odd crashes with Sage. A lot of the time when I go to delete a watched show, when I click the delete button Sage just quits entirely. No error message, no crash, just BAM gone. I turned the debugging info on and here is my first log.

Note in this case I am using the SageMC_16:9 UI add-on, but I can duplicate it using the standard SageTV3.xml UI as well (I'll switch back and grab a log with that too).

I'm using a HD-PVR with the 45 button remote. When I get to the end of the show and Sage asks me if I want to restart, delete, etc... I click delete and then select delete and set watched. As soon as I click this second option I'm kicked out right to the desktop. (when I do it with the normal sage UI the second option is Delete Now I believe).

Anyone have any thoughts?
