Fan art not showing up for TV shows?

Ok I have installed the latest SageMC, and Meta Data Tools 2.3.1. I enabled fan art in the settings and set up my folders.

Now when I go into my "Movies" folder I get fan art showing up in the background no problem. But when I go into my "TV" or "Documentary": folder no fan art appears, despite the fact that the files exists as I have independently verified.

The Meta data is there, the sow icons are there, but no fan art.

So what am I doing wrong?

TV is tricky. First, it requires that you are running at least 6.5.14 so that extra metadata items are can be stored into the sagetv database that identify non sagetv recordings as TV shows. If you are not running 6.5.14, then you can still make it work (probably), but it will require some extra tweaking.

If you are not running 6.5.14, but your tv files are in the format, of "SeriesName - SxxExx.avi" (or something close), then you can try setting this property in your Sage.properties or SageClient.properties.

Thanks stuckless, the problem was the version of Sage I was using. I could have sworn I installed the latest beta, but the one I was running was out of date.

Anyway after updating everything works great... Except my house-mate now decides she does not like it and wants me to turn fan art off
