MKV files open in separate Mplayer Window

Hey Guys,

I'm having a big problem playing mkv files in sage. Everything was working perfectly for months, then I decided to upgrade from 6.5.? to the newest 6.5.

In the process, it ruined my perfectly setup sage.properties file and I can't seem to get things back to the way they were.

I should be able to sort out the audio problems, but the weird thing is that whenever I play an mkv file it opens a completley separate mplayer window, rather than playing the file within sage.

I cant figure this out, it never happened to me before! Any ideas??

Thanks!
