Garbled HD Video from HD-200

Peformed a search and didn't see anything come up resembling my issue, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction:

HD-200
HDHR
Comcast QAM
SageTV server running on WHS
Panasonic 52" CRT HD rear projection TV

HD-200 plays QAM in standard definition fine and plays HD & SD movies stored on my network fine as well. However, when I attempt to view a recording of "so you think you can dance" coming in via digital QAM in high definition, the screen goes all garbled and the HD-200 has to be rebooted to restore normal screen.

I've attempted to change screen resolution to 1920x1080i, but it keeps reverting to 720x480p in the HD-200 settings.. In either case though, the Panasonic should convert to a displayable resolution automatically.

This issue doesn't arise when viewing the same video on an LCD flat panel samsung I have connected to a Windows 7 HTPC running the SageTV software connected to the same server... seems to be isolated to the HD-200..

Any ideas?

I'll ask the first question: What firmware are you running? Have you updated the firmware?
