Changing frame rates on the fly

Hi
I live in a PAL TV area, however I have lots of material in NTSC and ATSC format (most of my DVDs are Region 1 and 99% of the hi-def content that I have is sourced from 24 frame per sec Blu rays).

I use HD100s (switched the HD100s to output PAL modes when I first got them). If there a way that I can switch framerates on the fly in the same way that I can switch resolutions. At the moment I'm getting ugly framedrops on 24p material.
