Problems playing coverted files
I recently started converting all my DVD's including box sets of Family Guy, South Park etc to mkv files using MakeMKV. From what I understand MakeMKV does not transcode the video stream but just puts it a a mkv container.
The mkv files play fine in Windows Media Player as well as Placeshifter. However when I try to play these mkv files in either of my client machines, I ONLY get audio and a black screen. I have tried different codecs with the same result and I have also tried EVR, VMR9 as well as overlay with no luck. Both my client machines are running Windows 7 Professional and using Arcsoft codecs for playing Mpeg2, H.264 and DVD. Is there any reason why this is happening in Sage ONLY???
