No Sound on MKV files

I am getting no sound on some MKV files. The specs clearly state that MKV files are supported. Whats going on? I think all the ones that have no sound are DTS but I am not sure.

Help.

PS I with there was a tech support number to call instead of relying on these posts.....kinda amateurish.

The extender will pass thru DTS. It can't transcode it. Connect the HD200 to your DTS amp\receiver.

Thanks however do I need to connect the S/PDIF connection to the AMP or is the HDMI capable of sending this sound to my receiver?

Either should work if your AVR supports decoding

This is not an official support channel, that would be here:
