keyboard support

I've heard that the HD200 now supports keyboards. I tried my logitech wireless one but it doesn't seem to be working. Is their any setting I need to change in Sage to enable the keyboard or is it supposed to be just plug n play? Thanks.

You're going to need a normal USB keyboard. I would think the HD200 isn't going to support a wireless USB dongle which probably requires a Windows driver to work.

EDIT: My bad. It appears some wireless keyboards do work.

Most wireless keyboards I use are recognized at the BIOS, so not sure if a Windows driver is needed for it to function. Of course, the motherboard had to support USB keyboards, so I'm not sure if the same can apply to the HD200.

In the original thread there were some wireless keyboards reported to work. I remember that one of them was the Logitech diNovo mini.

Try this thread. The first two posts give some info on the wireless support as well as the DiNovo.

Did you try connecting the keyboard before starting the HD200? You could also try using the back usb connector.

I just tried connecting my kensington wireless RF keyboard to the HD200, and it works in both standalone and extender mode.

I just picked up an MS Arc keyboard - http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mo...s.aspx?pid=120

just plugged in the USB transponder (literally the size of a penny) and rebooted the HD200 and it works perfect. it seems to be a good size keyboard for sofa use as well.
