Registered Placeshifter still show "Trial expired"
Hey guys,
I finally bought SageTV with a Placeshifter license. I registered SageTv key and the Placeshifter key on the machine running Media Center. However, If I try to connect to it with Placeshifter on my Macbook, it says "Trial expired" (Which is true since I used the trial for over 15 days). This is the 6.6.2 version. The Media Center key seems to have worked just fine as I can lauchn Sage no problem. Did I miss something to do ? What's my problem here ? Sorry if there was already threads about this... didn't find anything.

Did you exit SageTV on the server when you registered the Placeshifter license? (Appendix N of the SageTV PDF manual has the instructions.)

I think you're actually right. I launched SageTV to enter the key and I don't think I've closed it before entering Placeshifter's key.
But even if I closed it, it wouldn't have worked cause I'm using the service mode so I needed to close it too. Everything is back to normal now ! Thanks you very much Opus4
