SageTV crashes after watching a recording.....

This started happening awhile ago. Once in awhile, when I reach the end of a recording SageTV will crash and give me the following error:

Faulting application sagetv.exe, version 6.0.13.1, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5755, fault address 0x0001b21a.

I am running Sage 6.6.2 with SageMC. I have a custom theme that i modded a little bit. Other then that it's pretty standard. Any Ideas?

When did the problems start? Do you have an image that you can recover to before that happened?

Unfortunately, i do not have an image that i can revert back to. I was thinking about rebuilding it but, was hopping there was an easier way.
