Moving back a menu in SageMC

I'm sure I must be missing something here. I cannot find a way to backup a menu in SageMC or go back to the main menu short of closing the STV client and restarting it.

I tried right clicking, escape, backspace, all sorts of key combinations. Can someone tell me what the magic combination is to go back a menu

Alt Left-Arrow takes you back one screen
Home takes you immediately to the main menu

A mouse click in the upper left corner will also take you back a screen.
