EPG Broken after 2 weeks on vacation!

Hi Gents,

switched off my system whilst on vacation.

On return, the EPG (using Donators version 4.3 of Stephanes tool) is only partially populated; many channels are showing no data but some channels are fully populated with the listings from Digiguide.

Digiguide is a full subscription and is correct. XMLTVGUI or DG2XML both work perfectly with no log issues (other than categories warnings) yet, most of the major channels are showing NO DATA.

I am running SAGETV 7.0.12 which is stable in every other sense.

I have checked the channel mappings and all seems OK, all channels are working perfectly just do not have complete listings.

How do I clear and reset the EPG to get things back to normal?

Cheers

Solved it; a bug in SageTV it seems.

in the EPG lines in the Sage.Properties file is a 'last update date' option.

This (IF NOT CLEARED) means the the EPG does not update from the current date forward; clearing this line from the properties file and re-running the EPG update (Stephanes Importer) solved the problem.

Seems a bit poor but there you are

Are you sure you waited for Sage to update its EPG with the new data? This can take up to 24hrs.

But if you think you have found a new bug it would be worthwhile reporting it http://www.sagetv.com/bugs.html

Yes I waited 3 days before meddling.

Sage seems to think the next EPG update day was always yesterday; no idea why.

Clearing the EPG update properties entries clearer the problem up by next morning.
