Need help with .properties files

I'm trying to sort out some bad metadata i've got via .properties files and for some reason i'm just missing something. When I let BMT grab the metadata my imported video list shows EpisodeName in the video list...

Quote:
But when I generate the .properties files manually (based off of how BMT does it) and let Sage pick them up I end up with the Title...

Quote:

Description=After executing a last act of justice as a Montana marshal, Seth Bullock relocates to a gold-mining camp known as Deadwood, where he and partner Sol Star look to start a hardware business. Bullock soon crosses paths with another new arrival - legendary gunfighter Wild Bill Hickok - and clashes with the formidable boss of the Gem Saloon, Al Swearengen. For his part, Swearengen must handle the deadly result of a run-in between one of his whores and a trick, while brokering the sale of a gold claim to wealthy New York socialite Brom Garret. When reports come of the massacre of a frontier family by Indians, a suspicious Bullock and Hickok ride out in search of survivors; for Swearengen, the results are bad for business.

It would appear that because Sage thinks this is a Movie, then it ignores the EpisodeName field.

BMT doesn't use properties anymore, but rather I use the SetMediaFileMetadata, so sage doesn't have the option to ignore the EpisodeName field

You could try, as an experiment, setting ExternalID=EPShowS01E01 (or something like) and then have sage import the file. It will show up under recordings, but I wonder if it will honor the EpisodeName then, because it thinks it's a TV recording.

I'll play around with that, but for now I just got frustrated took the nuclear option and just purged all my imported videos from Sage and then re-imported them

Also, a quick bug report, the Total Success field isn't updating in the WebUI scan dialog anymore (Total Failure is though).

Ahh, now i'm cooking, BMT got my mess all straightened out

Caught another bug though, got confused by the filename
Code:
Futurama 4x11 - 30% Iron Chef.mkv
Tried to treat the % as a formating char and threw an exception.

Oh, also can you mod title-00x00.xml and title-s00e00.xml to allow for 3 digit episode numbers, i've got a few Anime shows that its missing due to this.

Code:
.*[/\\](.*)[es]([0-9]{1,2})[sexp]{1,2}([[0-9]]+)
Code:
.*[/\\](.*)[ .\[]([0-9]{1,2})x([[0-9]]+)

I have an open bug about special characters in the title, but I had no idea what it meant Maybe this is it... I'll update the bug with this information.

Sure, that's a quick one... so I'll update the xml tonight.
