SpeedTV video no longer appears on HD200s

SageTV server with several HD200s have been playing back SpeedTV recordings for about a year. The source is a R5000. For some reason, the video no longer plays back on the HD200s be it "live" or previous recordings. The sound is perfect but that only goes so far for F1 races All works perfectly if I view the "live" feed or recordings on the server PC.

I have updated the HD200 firmware.

Is anyone else having this problem or am I just doing something stupid?

Add to speed two other TV shows my wife wants (and thus the elevated pain in my back side)

Still no word back from Sage support. I hope DME has not caught up with Sage.

Just read about the HD300 which means my 200s are worthless if I have to go back to Dish DVRs to actually see the programming instead of just hearing it. Bummer....

When you say you updated the firmware, is it the latest beta or release firmware? Without a version number, no one knows what you mean. Try the beta firmware if you haven't done so already.

If you contacted support & didn't hear back, then that usually means that either 1) they didn't receive your email (if you didn't use the web form) or 2) you didn't receive their reply -- check your spam folders & make sure SageTV's email addresses are on your white list. You should try again, using the web form. If using the beta firmware, file a bug report instead of a support request.
