Search Function Question (only getting numbers in search)

I can't seem to figure out how to enter alpha characters with my remote and the HD200. I'm using a third party remote. When I enter the search screen for searching TV shows, or any other search selections, and try to enter a string by pressing the keypad I only get numbers. Pressing the same key multiple times does not cycle thru the letters at all, it just enters multiple numbers. Strange since this function works fine in other parts of the Sage UI.

I forget what Sage calls it but I was confused by this too until I realized its like T9 testing. Push the number button once for each letter and it will figure out what word you are trying to spel. For example if you are looking for "Bones" enter 26637. Actually works pretty well once you get used to it.

"Search using One Touch Numeric Text Input" is part of the hidden extras, not part of the default feature set, so the hidden extras must have been enabled. See the sticky at the top of this forum explaining all the hidden/secret features.
