Not tuning DVB-S2 channels on AMC21

Has anyone been able to use Sage to tune DVB-S2 channels on the AMC21 satellite--e.g., LPT, OKLA, Montana PBS (the latter having just changed from DVB-S to DVB-S2)? I receive all the DVB-S channels, including all the PBS national channels, on this satellite without problems using Sage and my Prof 7301 tuner card. I can receive the DVB-S2 channels OK if I use ProgDVBPro to tune the Prof 7301 card, but no luck when I try to use Sage.

I have tried entering all the parameters for these channels in my .scn file and then having Sage do a new channel scan. I've also tried manually entering the DVB-S2 channel entries in my .frq file, all to no avail.

If anyone is receiving these channels, what parameters are you showing in your .frq file?
