Unable to tune PVR250

It has been one of these weekends. After getting my new SageTV install up and running on XP (32 bit), I am having issues getting my PVR tuners to work. I don't have any driver/SageTV errors, and I am able to use the RCA port to capture an external video source. The cards worked in my old SageTV server, and are still hooked up to the same cable source.

When I select 'Tuner' during the source setup, all I see is the typical 'snow', like no cable is plugged in. My HDHR tuners are working fine, so not sure what's up. I am using the latest drivers from the Hauppauge site, and I am hoping someone else here has a few suggestions.

The HDHR tuners are digital only, the 250 is analog only. Are you sure you still have any analog channels from your cable service?

When you say you see "snow", do you mean that a channel scan does not find any channels?

They were working hours before I moved the PVR-250's from the old machine to the new machine. Preview shows typical static, in different patterns depending on the channel (sometimes it looks like really bad reception).

A scan shows 1 tunable channel, eventho it's no good.
