Cheapest extender?
What is the cheapest device that can be used as an Extender?
I'd go with an HD300 in addition to my HD200, but it's already $200 + $50 in shipping and + $63 in norwegian tax = a relatively high price...

There is the even-less-capable Hauppauge MVP. Not sure what the availability/cost is on this.
(Note that playing any content other than SD MEPG2 (I think) requires transcoding on the server before streaming to the MVP.) A used 100 or 200 is almost certainly a better option, but I just wanted to mention this.
