Online video playing error -5,0x80040200
I'm tying to play something from online (e.g. youtube), and every time I try I always get the following error:
There was a Playback Error in playback. Details: sage.PlaybackException: ERROR (-5, 0x80040200): There was a problem rendering the audio portion of the content for playback. I did some searches in the forums but didn't turn up anything useful. To date, I've never been able to view anything from online since I can't get past this error.

According to the Sage System Information, the current stv file set version is 2010120101 and the online videos version is 2010081801.
I can play online content from the stv placeshifter client on another system, but not on the XP machine that the stv service component is installed. Is this a limitation of the stv client installed on the stv server? Last edited by gary201; 01-16-2011 at 12:28 PM.

I'm get the same error
Only mine says
sage.PlaybackException: ERROR (-4,0x80040217): There was a problem rendering the video portion of the contents for playback When I click Ok it continues to try to download but doesn't complete. I have to to Cancel it I got the HULU Desktop addon and it works fine. Can anyone please help? Jessica

submit a bug report, give them the link to what you're trying to play and see if they can reproduce it
