Sage 7 and win 7

My sage upgrade is not going as well as it should. I put in a new system drive and done a fresh install of win 7 home premium, I then installed my hdpvr drivers, I then installed my home run drivers, I then installed my fusion card drives, I then installed sage. When I do the install video sources, I started with the home run tuner and when I get to select digital tuner I get the folowing error: There was a capture error in playback: details error C-3,0x80070043): there was a problem accessing the file system for capture, If I click on this box again it may go on and finish sometimes. But if I goto the guide and select a program to do live watch all I get is a black screen.
Then when I try to do my hdpvr it gets to the point of the preview and then it hangs with this in the box: Please wait for the preview to load you may continue without waiting for the preview. At this point it just hangs and will do nothing untill I close out the program. I have done multiple installs all with the same result. I have run my reg cleaner and still made no diference. I copied over my old wiz.bin and that made no diference. I will add that I can see the tuners work in there own software. I cant see the hdpvr's work as all I loaded for them was the drivers
Any info appriciated
Wayne
