Heavy combing w/newest beta HD300 firmware and now can't roll back...

I "upgraded" two of my HD-300's to the latest beta firmware and am experiencing extreme combing when watching TV on my HD channels. This was not a problem when I was using the latest "official" firmware for the HD-300's and now I want to revert back to the non-beta firmware.

However, I tried to roll them back and I can't. When I try, the HD-300 downloads the newest non-beta firmware just fine, but then I get to the screen that says something to the effect of "Sage is upgraded your firmware. It will reboot when needed, do not power off". But nothing happens here on this screen. I left is sit here for nearly 10 minutes and nothing ever progressed. It just displays that message. I have to pull the power plug out of the back of it to get it to reboot.

Ideas on how to get it to revert?

Thanks for the link! Was able to roll it back and now the combing is gone.
