Hauppauge Colossus - How to install.
I have looked at the thread on the Hauppauge Colossus (t=52718). You have to go to page 23 to start to find out about installing and the issues people have. Post#526 starts to talk about the need for TME etc, gets very confusing. Can someone post steps to install 2 x colossus cards in SageTV. I have clean install of windows7, SageTV, using default sagetv setup with no plug-ins. I have installed my two HDHRs. Only using colossus in Sagetv. I will be using USBuirt to control HD300 via harmony remote.

Frist of all you do not need TME or Showbiz nor WinTV 7 that only need that if you wish test it out side of SageTV.
The drivers are all you need from shspvr forum or off cd 1: Disable SageTV from auto load at boot up. 2: Shutdown. 3: Install the Hauppauge Colossus. 4: Power up. 5: Intsall the drivers. 6: Restore SageTV auto load at boot up. 7: Have some more  The rest you should all ready know about add in a device to SageTV
