HD 300 flicker and audio static
I just replaced an HD200 unit with a new HD300 and I'm having an issue with the video and audio. There's horizontal lines appearing across the screen, the audio has random crackles, and the HDMI drops out randomly (audio and video cut out for 2 seconds). I have disabled the native output resolution switching, downloaded the latest beta firmware, and I'm running at 1080p/59.94 on a new 55" LED LCD. Everything worked great using the HD200, so I don't believe it to be the TV. I don't have any HDMI 1.3 cables to test with - is it more likely the cable or the box?
This is while playing any content, including recorded TV, and not using a receiver, just HDMI to the TV. Last edited by K O; 03-15-2011 at 09:37 PM.
