Placeshifter crashes when trying to browse videos

When using placeshifter over the internet, every time I go into Videos -> Titles, or Videos -> DVD/BD (i know i can't placeshift dvds), the placeshifter software just shuts down (like a crash but no error).

1.) Is there any logging I can turn on for the placeshifter client? When I go to setup, it just lets me turn on debugging for the server not the client.

2.) It seems like anytime there is a large amount of data (i have like 200+videos, 7000 albums, 100+dvds, all with fanart, etc), this happens. Its seems to be more prevalent over the internet rather than in an intranet setting. Does anyone else use placeshifter over the internet and also have problems like this?

(I'm sure turning on logging on the server would help but I don't have access to my server right now).

Any advice?
