I can't change the weather location.

I have the latest version of SageTV running on a Win7 Pro 64 box and no matter what I do my weather location shows up as Ft Worth, TX. I go through the options setup and enter my zip code in northern Virgina and it give me the choice of Nokesville, which is where I live, but when I hit "continue" it's still Ft Worth. Is there some trick to changing the location?

Have you updated to the latest STV recently?

I think what you are describing might be a result of not having an up to date STV with the updated weather code for the Google Weather API.

Just to confirm that you are running 7.1.19 (Final) and the latest STV update for it?

7.1.19 has been updated to work with Google weather when the Weather Network stopped working. Older revisions have not had the STV updated to work with Google Weather.

I think you meant to say 7.1.9 (Final).

This is several versions behind. There was a couple in the fall of 2011 and another in March 2012 I believe.

You need to go into Settings/Advanced and then select the option to check for an STV update.

Keep updating the STV until there isn't a new one and then you should be prompted to install the Google Weather API.

You will also need to update to the latest Diamond in the plugin repository if you aren't already at the latest. There were some changes to Diamond to support the new Google Weather.
