Padding for season and episode numbers not working

I have this mask:
-t "${MediaTitle} - ${SeasonNumber:%02d}x${EpisodeNumber:%02d} - ${EpisodeName}"
But the padding doesn't get added. It comes up with a warn:
WARN - Cannot rename ... since there is no meta data.
If I do this: -t "${MediaTitle} - ${SeasonNumber}x${EpisodeNumber} - ${EpisodeName}" it works fine.
Any ideas on why this would be happening? I saw in a comment in http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58024 that some one was having the same issue but couldn't see a fix for it?

The -t is only required if want to use a different mask than the default. I think there is a bug in the current release... but you can drop the -t and mask entirely, if you are using the default mask (which it appears you are).

You can also try using %% instead of % in your command line... The reason is that in windows the % may be treated as a env lookup... so try the %% as in

-t "${MediaTitle} - ${SeasonNumber:%%02d}x${EpisodeNumber:%%02d} - ${EpisodeName}"

I tried doing this

phoenix-renamer " "The Almighty Johnsons - S03E01 - An Orchard of Trees.mp4" -t "${MediaTitle} - ${SeasonNumber:%%02d}x${EpisodeNumber:%%02d} - ${EpisodeName}"

but that just renamed the file from:
The Almighty Johnsons - S03E01 - An Orchard of Trees.mp4
to:
The Almighty Johnsons - %02dx%02d - An Orchard of Trees
Do I need to do add extra %'s?

Also the default is coming like this S01E01 not 01x01?

I don't use windows, but I thought that perhaps the % might have been causing an issue here... and i read that you can escape the % by using a double %. I guess it doesn't work.
