Cling dependency failure

I have found in the processes of rebuilding my Sage sever that I cannot get the "Cling" and "Seamless" dependent plugins to install. Both are provided by tmiranda's GITHUB location. I have tried "Run as admin", "Taking ownership" and even hacking the SageTVPlugins.xml to use the HTTPS address to no avail.
I have gotten them manually loaded, but still get the dependency failure when I try to install BMT.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

What version of Java are you running and when did you last update it?

I'm not exactly sure why you are getting that error but I suspect it's something caused by one of the later versions of Java.

Unzip the attached .xml file and place it in the install directory of your sage server. When you go to the Plugin Manager you should see an "update available" message for the 5 cling/seamless plugins. See if they install.
