Upgrade for v7 to v9 Windows

All,

I have a single server running Sage 7 server on Windows 7. It has an internal Hauppauge single-tuner capture card. I don't have any client machines I just use the one server as my media PC. It's been so long since I've done any configuration on it, by I believe I'm using Diamond interface if that matters. (On a side note, I love my SageTV its a wonderful media PC)

I'm looking for my upgrade options? Is there an upgrade path for me? Are there any good walk-thoughs on how to do this? BTW, My license is v6, but I can upgrade to v7.

Thanks

That's it. Thanks.

I had a question about step 4. It reads, (Currently optional for existing licensed SageTV users.)

Since I have a SageTV license, I will skip this step. Is that correct?

Yes. The only real difference between the v7 exe and the v9 exe is that the v9 executable doesn't check for a valid registration key. As you have a valid key, it shouldn't be an issue for you.
