Time Padding Not Working
Ok, I have a list of favorites and for #1, I tell Sage to pad 15 minutes to the end of the show so that it records 15 minutes past the end of the show.
No matter how many minutes I add, the recording stops exactly when the show is supposed to end. I have 2 WinTV pvr-150 tunners. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have 'remove padding on back to back favorites' enabled? If it is and you have two favorites in a row on the same channel, sage will ignore the padding and use the same tuner for both recordings. That could be what is happening.

And are you sure you don't have 2 favourites covering the same thing?
