SageTVService High CPU Usage
I recently bit the bullet and paid for the upgrade to version 6. Everything works great, but I am seeing higher than expected CPU usage by SageTVService. I remember it being near zero, but now it is hovering around 15-20%, which gets my CPU hot enough that my PC's fan speed ratchets up and is very distracting. I am using Java 1.6, and I thought that rolling back to 1.4 might help. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and solved it?
