Last Firmware Updated hosed HDMI!!

I just updated the firmware on the HD extender and second time to 20071221 1 and now my HDMI output to my TV is flickering green or constantly green! What happenned here? Other than the annoyingly slow remote interface the extender was working fine! I cannot watch this in this state and will have to hook back up my MVP until I can get it to stop flickering. Has anybody else seen this? I have tried all the resolutions and it doesn't seem to help..

I'm running 20071221 1 and the HDMI is working (except for the speckles at 1080p which was there before). Seems like a HDMI negotiation issue between the HS extender and your TV because of some changes in the firmware.

Sorry to hear ... if you can you can try component to get back to the interface, or maybe try the reset procedure in the manual. You should contact support to get access to the previous firmware and use the recovery procedure they will mail you with that to get it up and running again.

I tried resetting the HD extender as indicated in the manual and it did not help..I have submitted a help ticket to see if there is a way to go back to the previous version of firmware..

edit: I have also noticed that it is not happening when I first turn on the extender. Only when I ask it to stream something from the server, then it starts and won't stop flickering. Killing my eyes man!

Update Jan 26, 2008:

I just updated the firmware to the latest revision and the HDMI negotiation problem appears to be gone and miraculously the IR interface appears to be much improved! I am very happy and NOT updating my firmware unless I run into any issues
