GUI mixed up with VIA EPIA EN15000G board

Hi all,

I've upgraded from my old VIA EPIA MII10000 board to a newer EN15000G. I've installed Windows XP SP2 completely new, have an Hauppauge PVR350 with latest drivers from Hauppauge, SageTV 6.3.5, installed all drivers from VIA. Now after starting up Sage, I get a completely mixed up gui. Have a look at the picture I've attached.

Thanks for any help.
Mathias

Server or client? Make sure you use the latest java (1.0.6_4) and also, if this is a client, make sure you rebooted the server.

Hey, great! That did it!

I've installed Sage from scratch with the java which comes with it. It is a complete clean installation. I haven't installed any other software on it till now. It was always working like that. Strange thing. On the other computer Sage always crashed after upgrading java to a newer version.

Thanks alot
Mathias

OK, now the GUI works fine, but the TV out of my PVR350 is crashing every few minutes when browsing around Sage (e.g. EPG). Also the image on the TV is quite "buggy" when moving around (lines and square blocks showing up until the TV out crashes completely). With the old VIA mainboard I've put a small fan on the heatsink of the PVR350. Now with the new mainbard I've removed the fan because of the noise of the small fan. Could the crashes be caused due to higher temperature? Video codec in Sage is set to standard.

Thanks for any help.
Mathias
