Man I am so hungry

I don't know what to eat.. any suggestions? Man I am starving! I just had Taco Bell too. That wasn't too filling. Last week I went crazy. First I had Taco Bell, then I had a Dominos pizza, then I ordered Chinese food.. that was all for dinner. I puked that night, but it was worth the binge.

Mo.

Big glass of water or (if you have a sweet tooth), chocolate milk.

Usually kills the cravings.

I'm on a diet! Got too fat over Christmas. I just keep thinking of the 'Hungry Homer' Simpsons episode!

I like to feel full after I eat! I eat lots of fruit now as that seems to fill a hole without getting in the way of loosing weight.

Jan 01 2008 = 17st 10lb and 3/4
Jan 23 2008 = 16st 12lb and 1/4

Looks like one stone in 1 month! I'm going to be hungry for a few months yet though!

I lost 6 lbs during the month before christmas, but it all went back on again.

If I hadn't dieted, my weight would have stayed the same and I wouldn't have felt hungry for the whole of December

I've lost 35+ pounds since late August. I was able to keep it off, even after all of the hedonistic eating that was done during the holidays!

This is pretty accurate:

I did both the diet portion, and the recommended "get back into shape" 12-week exercise routine. I bought the book because it also has a great warm-up routine, and a 12-week advanced workout program, which I am in the first week of. Good stuff!

Man.. just got home from work.. I am starving. Ever since I have been working out, the hunger factor has increased 100 fold. Luckily the scale is the same at 205 lbs. I used to weigh 240 lbs!

I think I will order some indian food.. good going in and out!

HAHA!

I can't do the exercise because of a groin injury they can't seem to diagnose so it looks like its back to the low(er) carb diet again. I have 5 weeks to lose a stone.

I'm definately interested in the domino's plugin. I hope there'll be a UK version as well

Domino's web based ordering service seems quite boring but I like do like www.hell.co.nz, ordered quite a few while I was over there last time

I get most of my exercise these days from pressing the buttons on my hauppauge remote........

I hope not! Inedible pizza plugin? Why? I can never figure out whether to eat the box or the "pizza" from Domino's. They both taste about the same, I just wonder which has less calories? Probably about the same in calories with all the grease the box has soaked up, but the box is probably better since it has more fiber.
