Where be my EPG?

My Program Guide is empty. Its been empty for the last 2 days. I cannot get it to update (or at least updating doesn't correct this issue). There are a handful of channels that do show data and they seem fine for the next few days, but for the most part its all blank. Of course, this is causing me to miss recordings. Any ideas?

I think you need to provide a bit more information. What type of program guide data are you using?

If you are using xmltv, have you checked the raw data to see that it contains the "missing" data? If it does not, a likely scenario with xmltv grabbers, that would be your problem. In this case, you might need to reconfigure the way your xmltv grabber grabs program data.

Yeah, I came back because I figured I'd need to add more to this.
OK, I have Cox cable and just download the guide provided through Sage.
I've shut down Sage, rebooted, even restored the Win.bin and Sage*.properties files from a back up from about 3 days ago. No difference.

have you checked zap2it.com to see if the "cox communications - Phoenix" EPG is populated? Maybe the lineup name got changed or something.

Here's a relevant quote from the suggested solution--originally quoted by Opus4:

Close down SageTV and the service and open up your Sage.properties file. Try removing all the properties from the that file that have the string
'server_update_id' in them . Now run SageTV again.

If that doesn't work try removing all your sources and then create a new
source, but choose a different provider. Let that update and now go back and
remove that source and choose your original source.

UPDATE: I had to drop my video sources and add them back in, but didn't have to choose a different provider. Everything is fine now. Not a big deal but I hate having to go down my channels list and make sure everything is right.
