Harmony Remote and SageTV Client

I have a Harmony 880 that I will be using to control SageTV.

Which IR receiver should I use with a SageTV Client XP PC?

I've read in the FAQ that there is Harmony support for the HD100 (Device = Media Center PC; Manufacturer=Sagetv; Model= STX-HD100).
How do I configure the Harmony to work with a Sage Client PC? Thank you!

I just went through trying to figure out the same issue.

I am using the USB-UIRT as my IR reciever and transmitter.

Once you have that installed and running, Go into the detailed setup and go to commands.

Once in there there is a spot with every command sagetv has. click on each one and press the coresponding remote button to assign it to that command.

Mine is working now but has a bad delay. Still working on that.

Let me know if you figure it out before I do. lol.

I believe the Harmony 880 has codes 'out-of-the-box' to control a Windows Media Center PC. Can you not just configure your Sage client to work with a Windows Media Center remote? Or am I over simplifying things?

If you're using a USB-UIRT, no matter what remote type you pick for your Harmony you have to teach it each and every button. If you had a MCE IR receiver then yes-just pick the MCE remote for your Harmony and it just works.
