Service is hanging up

Just today, when I start my Sage service, it takes forever to ping my tuners and once it initializes, seems to hang on "updating". I've rebooted several times, but no better luck. When I go to shut down, I get the attached error message.

Any thoughts? I'm at a loss as to what to try to correct this problem. Doesn't seem to matter which version of the server software I'm using.

Sage Server: Dell Dimension 9200, Intel Pentium D 2.80GHz Dual Core, 8GB Ram, Windows 7 Professional 64bit, Sage 7.19, HDHR (2 OTA), HDHR Prime 3CC (2)
HTPC Client: Intel DH61AG, Intel i5 cpu, 8GB Ram, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Sage Clients: Sage HD-200 Extender, Sage HD-300 Extender
