Newest Firmware has shows hanging often.
HD200 20081222 0 & 20081223 0 firmware started hanging the playback of HD_PVR shows again. It seemed to have been working great on the 20081219 code, but I upgraded to the 1222 and it would just stop the show for a minute or so a few times during playback, and just the same with 1223 code. Is there a way to get the 20081219 code back? (I did update the SageTv code at the same time but my SageTV Client seems to play the same shows fine that the HD200 is now having issues with.

Support sent me the procedure to downlevel the firmware last night. I am wondering how long that should take to load, I waited around an hour or so last night and it was still blinking when I finally headed to bed. This morning I realized I wanted one version prior to what they sent me the link to so I edited the download link and setup for another downgrade to 1219-0. I went to a couple of stores and just got back and its still not back up yet. How long should this take on the HD200? The upgrades take only a few minutes. And why don't they put something on the screen while its happening.. -Bill

I'm using the HDHR sw/firmware hdhomerun_windows_20081222.exe.
I have frequent crashes of SageTV when stopping playback of a recorded show. I get the spinning circle and the Windows "SageTV has encountered a problem..." dialog. Sometimes, but not always the HDhomerun will "lock up" at the same time as the crash. After re-booting the host computer, I get "no signal" on all channels. The HDHR has 3 LEDs lit steady. When I disconnect the power from the HDHR it resumes normal operation. Is this a bug in SageTV causing the HDHR to crash? Or a bug in HDHR causing SageTV to crash?
