Help Troubleshooting UI Hangs

I have had this happen to me a few times and finally captured a log file. When a show ends, a menu pops up asking me what to do. If I click the OK button on the remote, and choose "Goto My TV" or press the Menu button to get back to the main SageMC menu, occasionally it will hard lock up the UI. If I hit more buttons trying to get something to happen, eventually it hard locks the whole PC and I have to hold the power button down to power off and restart. It doesn't happen every time, but at least 1 or 2 times a week. I will attach the log file that shows java.io.EOFException errors right before the hang. In this particular example, I was accessing the menu while the show was stopped at the end to toggle full screen mode.

I see a lot of errors happening at random times from apparently the menus. Here is one example:
