Sage is too smart for me...
Hey all,
My usual process is as follows. If there are recorded shows that I want to keep, after I watch them, I move them from my recording directory to my media import directory. I do this so they will show up in the media center video menu. Here lately when I move them, they stay in the SageTV Recordings menu and show up as archived. How do I get them out of the SageTV recordings directory. I do not want them there. Thanks in advance, Rob Hix |

Are you using the default UI? If so, the easiest way to handle this is to set up your folder views; set one view to include only Not Watched and set another to include only Watched. That way, you're not dinking with the files themselves (which Sage wasn't really designed to handle).

If you really want to have them show up as imported videos, you can try changing the file name. I think that would do it.
